Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants

No, this isn't a plug for the book...or the movie for that matter (although I will say that both were cuter than I expected) I just wanted to share my excitement about my "new" clothes!! My friend Nicole, the one who recently found out she's pregnant, brought me her clothes that she won't be able to wear...so I feel like I have a new wardrobe.

When I was pregnant with Audrey, I let her borrow some of my clothes..so she knew this day was coming :) The other night, Ryan and I drove down to their neck of the woods (in the sticks) and he & I had dinner at Longhorn and then dropped off a big tub of maternity clothes to her and a few other things. In return I got the "magic" bag....

Anyway, there were a few pairs of pants in there that were smaller sizes than I've been wearing recently so I didn't even try them on at first...I set them in the "yeah right" pile off to the side. I finally decided to try them on just to see how bad it was...and lo and behold, 2 of the 3 pairs fit!! Of course, one of those 2 pairs look like highwaters b/c she's shorter than I am...but the other pair fit perfectly. Talk about making my day....

We were coloring. She likes to sort through the crayons and move them from pile to pile more than actually color right now. Please be very impressed that she is looking at the camera...it only took 40 shots on my digital to get this one. (literally)













Here is an "action shot" when she really was coloring...note my handiwork on the color page as well. What a cute gray bunny...I still have my skills I guess.











When she was teeny tiny, I would occasionally snap a picture when she was crying...I just had to do it again since I had the camera in my hand. My little drama queen...even the little things are BIG deals.











This is what happened when I said "Ok Audrey, time to go shopping..." (please disgregard the dirty van in the picture...I don't know who that belongs to...ha ha)















This is how she was watching her Cinderella movie (still "oovie") the other day.

Watching Cinderella (cirella in her words) - her current obsession. We have the Disney Sing-a-long DVD and she stops only for this song, "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes." I'm thinking she HAS to be cinderella for Halloween. We'll see....

Shopping...again...she uses the kitchen rug as a "road" and gets a little frustrated if I block her road.

Can you tell she still doesn't like to smile for the camera...I have to trick her. This time it didn't work... but she's still cute!
